A few words about Tasting Menu

Our cooking classes focus on traditional Indian cuisine whereas with the tasting menu we bring you a different dining experience serving modern progressive Indian food with contemporary presentation and unique taste, while maintaining the core values of this centuries old cuisine. We can assure you once you will experience our tasting menu it will change your perception and experience of Indian cuisine.

We serve multiple courses in tasting size portions, allowing you to savour multiple flavours and ingredients. We create unique menus for all events and following is a sample as an example.

Amuse bouche
Lentil soup with truffle oil
Sweet potato patty with tamarind chutney
Sea bass coconut sauce and sauteed veg
Chicken Tikka with masala sauce and butter naan
Lamb korma with Kashmir pilau rice
Yogurt panna cotta with mango
Chai spiced brownie and cardamom strawberry sauce

The menu can be booked by a group of at least 5 people and will be the same for the entire table. The tasting menu can be booked via email or phone. We can take into consideration and dietary allergies or preferences as vegan, lactose intolerance, gluten intolerance, jain or halal. Each menu is created bespoke, tailoring to your personal preferences.

We do not serve any drinks but you could bring your own drinks and wines in limited quantity at no extra cost, glasses will be provided.

Price: 12000 ft/person. The price may vary if specific ingredients are requested.
